Please note that there is a gate at the entrance of the woods which is to remain closed at all time so you need to close it after you come in.
To find us can be tricky, to say the least, but we are working on it. If you have never been on Boarmanshill and think you are lost, you better ring one of the phone numbers provided and arrange a pickup point to be guided the last mile.

Description for everybody coming from the West and South:
make it to the big new roundabout on the N7 / Limerick Bypass in direction to Dublin
this description relates to the red dots on the map copy above...
take the exit to Newport
take the first right towards AHANE CHURCH
stay on this road and cross 3 through-
you’ll come to a small T-
continue on that road and cross another through-
continue until you come to a very small turnoff to your right with an unpaved road
if you see the yellow and black barrier and warning signs “Archery in progress” you nearly made it
open, pass and close the barrier and follow the road to the very end
Description for everybody coming from the East and North:
When you arrive at Birdhill turn left onto R504 sign posted Newport
Until you arrive at Newport bear left onto R503 and go through Newport turn right onto small road
Turn left onto the Clare Glens Cycle way (signpost) & Archery Signpost
Go for about 0.8 mile then a right turn into the wood Archery Signpost 200 m before entrance
